Refund Policy

Our policy is designed to maintain the sustainability of our educational resources and infrastructure.

1. Registration Fees: The initial registration or admission fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Course Fees: * If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, a partial refund of the tuition fee (excluding registration charges) may be considered at the management's discretion.
3. Once classes have started, no refunds will be issued for that semester or module.
4. Special Offers: Fees paid under special discount schemes (e.g., Admission Mela offers or OS-CIT "A+" upgrades) are strictly non-refundable.
5. Cancellations: In the rare event that the Academy cancels a specific batch or course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund of the fee paid for that specific module.
